Had you been patient, you would have heard them the way they were supposed to be heard, with the voice of the intended artist on em’. But noooo, someone gets a hold of these demos and suddenly everybody forgets that I write songs for women. Riiight. I tell People Magazine thatYoung Jeezy’s crib is right next to mine and that once I saw him in there from across the way. I then make a JOKE about him maybe not wanting to walk around naked in his crib with the shades up cause the buildings are THAT close to each other, and that AIN’T something I care to see. Suddenly, everybody thinks I said I saw Young Jeezy in his crib naked when, NEVER ONCE did I say anything like that. New Lawsuit For Dwyane Wade

Remember when NBA All-Star Dwyane Wade closed his namesake restaurant chain before it even opened and filed a lawsuit against his partners for mis-management? Well D Wade's ex-partners have filed another suit against him, in addition to the suit they've already filed claiming Wade never promoted the restaurant. The partners are now claiming D Wade refused to show up at any of the openings because the partners would not re-negotiate their original contact. After signing the deal, D Wade decided he wanted 30% of the business instead of the 10% he agreed to and he also wanted them to hire his father at $50,000.00 a year and one of his childhood friends at $75,000.00 a year per restaurant [they'd planned to open 30 of them]. When the partners balked, Dwyane stopped cooperating. A source familiar with the case said: “They actually tried to have the partners sign a new contract that was unacceptable. Dwyane tried to have us pay his dad to do nothing.” And if they didn’t renegotiate? According to the lawsuit, Wade's lawyers told the partner's lawyer's: “You can either have a happy Dwyane, or an unhappy Dwyane!”

When contacted by a Miami newspaper, Wade's people said, “We would’ve helped with anything they wanted. I was going to be Dwyane’s eyes and ears in the restaurants. They were real jobs. Plus, they initiated everything and now they turn it around. They’re trying to make Dwyane look like the bad guy who’s shaking them down. That’s not the truth.”

OK all you 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' fans, if you recall, the super snotty faux designer Sheree Whitfield was not at all happy with the divorce settlement she got from her husband, former NFL player Bob Whitfield. The settlement consisted of a lump sum of $775,000.00, which she received in 2007, shares of Bob’s retirement pension, half the marital property and $2,142.87 a month in child support. Sheree currently receives $113,422 a year from Bob, who was not that great of a player, according to Wikipedia. Anyway, throughout the Bravo reality series, Sheree, who bragged about never having to shop on a budget, went on and on about how she was out to wrangle a 7 figure settlement out of Bob. Well, this coming Monday ReRe is taking her plea all the way to the Georgia Supreme Court, and guess why she thinks she's entitled to over a million dollars after only 3 years [and 2 kids] of marriage [well technically Bob and Sheree were married for 7 years but they separated after 3]? Her low level education. Sheree's lawyer says because Sheree only has a high school diploma there is no way she can get a job making the kind of money she requires to maintain the style of living she's accustomed to.

The dude from Detroit who slapped Kat Williams spoke to Vibe Magazine and this is what he had to say about the night he put the smack down: “I was probably with like 16, 17 dudes, we were scattered out throughout the club. Basically we were just up in there having a good time.” Kat passed dude, who was wearing a cowboy hat and a pair of $5,000 alligator cowboy boots, as he headed to the stage. When Kat got on the mic and started to riff, things went south. “I wasn’t even paying attention,” dude said. “I was talking to someone else while he was doing it. And then he pointed at me. It was actually some girls in the club grabbing bottles like they wanted to do something to me too, like trying to protect him. He stopped and actually grabbed a square and was trying to light his cigarette. It was on some comedy stuff to me. He was trying to get his square lit, he took like two puffs, and he tried to charge back at me. But at this time, the security was heading me towards the door.” The next day on Detroit’s radio station WJLB, Kat told radio host Dr. Darrius dude slapped him in an attempt to steal his jewelry, a fact dude denied. “We weren’t trying to get his jewelry. I wasn’t that drunk to not know what was going on. [Kat] told like 20 percent of the truth [on the radio].
