Plaxico's Gun Problem
Police yesterday seized a small cache of weapons and ammo from the Totowa, NJ, home of troubled Giants star Plaxico Burress, possibly setting up the suspended grid star for more legal trouble, law-enforcement sources said. If the guns are unlicensed, the embattled wide receiver could face additional charges. Seized in the raid were one 9 mm handgun, a rifle and ammo for three additional guns - a .380, a .45 and a .40, which is the caliber of gun with which he accidentally shot himself in the leg.
Killer Gets 66 Years
Hosea Thomas, the man convicted of killing T.I.'s best friend Philant Johnson in Cincinnati last year, was sentenced to 66 years in prison. Hosea and his brother Pardon [who testified against him in court] got into an altercation with T.I.'s entourage at a concert after-party after being denied entrance to VIP. The brothers later followed T.I.'s crew and shot up their van in a high speed chase on the freeway, fatally wounding Philant. When T.I. testified at the trial he said he felt especially bad because he knew the bullet had been intended for him.

Michael Jackson Is Not Sick or As Broke As You Think
Contrary to online reports Michael Jackson is not suffering from any fatal lung disease and Eddie Murphy is not playing the Riddler in the next Batman movie. [I know, pretty random to just throw that in there right? Anywho, moving right along...]
Michael Jackson just rented a home in the LA Holmby Hills for a jaw dropping $100,000.00 a month. Mike's new crib boasts seven bedrooms, 13 baths, 12 fireplaces, a screening room, a wine cellar, a guest house, swimming pool and garden.

Louis Vuitton Sues T.I.
Louis Vuitton put the brakes on T.I. and his 'Swing Ya Rag' video because the 'rag' he's talking about is a Louis Vuitton scarf. In the song T.I. raps, “Alright, okay, I don’t dance, no way. I just take my Louie rag out and wave it round in the air". T.I. says, “We spoke to them. The video, it’s done. But I guess it’s one of those corporate things where they don’t wanna be associated or affiliated with a certain type of brand. A T.I. video ain’t the best look in their eyes right now. No harsh feelings.”
Earlier this year Louis Vuitton won an undisclosed amount after suing Da Brat for showing a Louis Vuitton beach ball in one of her videos and Britney Spears for showing a Vuitton dashboard in one of hers.

Steve Harvey Child Abuse Allegations
Steve Harvey's ex-wife Mary Lee Harvey recently took Steve to court claiming he's abusing their son. According to online reports: October 14th, Mary says her son, who lives with Steve Harvey in the Atlanta area, came to visit her in Dallas. Mary says it was during that visit when she noticed bruises and puncture marks on the child’s body. Those who examined the boy say the wounds were likely made by a belt buckle and the bruising from a paddle-like instrument. A nurse examining the child at Plano Medical Center summoned police because of the severe nature of the injuries. A police report has not been made available to Mary Lee Harvey; however, she has corroborating medical reports from a child psychologist, a pediatrician and others who examined the child. Luckily Harvey says there was no internal damage done as a result of the alleged abuse.
Mary also claims Steve does not allow their son to visit her per the court order. She says she has not been allowed to see her son since mid October even though the original order calls for visitations of at least two weekends a month.
