Atlanta MC Andre 3000 has been named in a $2 million lawsuit alleging copyright infringement, breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets. The suit, filed by Timothy McGee of Boston, claims Andre along with Cartoon Network and Turner Broadcasting (who are also named in the lawsuit), stole his idea for the Emmy Award winning cartoon, "Class Of 3000."

Actor Found Dead
26 year old Dayton, Ohio homeboy, D'Angelo Wilson, of 8 Mile and Antwone Fisher fame was found dead in the back room of a Los Angeles business the day before Thanksgiving, the victim of suicide by hanging. Suge Knight lucked out when a Las Vegas judge dismissed the drug and battery charges filed against him for beating the shit out of his girlfriend in a parking lot. Suge's attorney, David Chesnoff, told the Associated Press that the charges were dismissed because the prosecution had "discovery problems and witness problems."
