Terrence Howard Being Sued
Debbie Allen's brother Tex Allen is suing Terrence Howard for 5 million dollars because Tex says Terrence socked him in the mouth during rehearsals for their Broadway revival of 'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.' The beat down occurred back in January, which makes one wonder why Tex would wait so long to take action. Anywho, Terrence's publicist says, "We are aware of the allegations and expect this frivolous suit to be dismissed." So there.
Isiah Lying On His Daughter
Last Friday it was reported that Isiah Thomas had suffered an accidental drug overdose after swallowing 10 Lunesta sleeping pills. Isiah later denied the reports claiming, yes, paramedics had been called to his house, but not for him. Isiah claimed it was his 17 year old hypoglycemic daughter Lauren who was having the medical issue.
Riiight.
You know how you say you're going out with your one friend, but instead you go out with your secret lover, but you forget to call your friend and tell them that you told your people you were supposed to be with them and then they call the house and inadvertently bust you? Same rule applies here. While Isiah maintains it was his daughter who had the medical problem the cops who showed up on the scene are shooting down his lies.
"It wasn't his daughter," Chief David Hall told The Associated Press."My cops ... know the difference between a 47-year-old black male and a young black female."
Next time Isiah, have your people clear it with their people before you make a statement. mmmkay thanx!

Jennifer's Mother and Brother Found Dead
Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Hudson Donerson, was one of two victims shot and killed in Chicago earlier today.
A neighbor told TMZ the other victim was Jennifer's brother Jason. A cousin who lived nearby discovered the bodies.
The two bodies were found dead on the scene at 2:44 PM. When the fire department arrived and discovered the bodies, police were brought in and the home was declared a crime scene.
Chicago police are now searching for a man and a 7 year-old-boy, believed to be driving on the North Side. The man is known as "William," has braids in his hair, and is driving a 1994 Chevy, according to police scanner traffic. The 7-year-old was wearing a tan jersey with the number 5 on it and tan slacks.
The missing boy, identified as Julian King -- Donerson's grandson -- may have been abducted by Jennifer's sister's ex-boyfriend William Balfour, a suspect in the murder who is considered armed and dangerous, according to police. Balfour may be driving a white Chevy Suburban SUV with Illinois license plate X584859 or a teal/green Chrysler Concord four-door sedan with a left front headlight hanging off and scratches along the left side with temporary tags 332K823.
Suspected Overdose
Harrison Police were called to Isiah Thomas' house last night around midnight for a report of a possible overdose.
Police confirmed they were at the home, but refused to discuss any details.
Published reports say the call came in just after midnight, describing a 46-year-old male at the Azalea Circle home. It was not indicated whether drugs or alcohol were involved. Thomas is 47.
New York Knicks officials would only say that Isiah Thomas is fine.
Isaac Hayes Gives Scientology The Shaft
When Isaac Hayes' last will and testament was read people were shocked to find that he left nada one red cent to the church of Scientology. Isaac, who made major career decisions at the behest of the controversial church, had his estate divided into thirds. A third went to his adult children, a third went to his widow and young son and a third went to his own charitable foundation.
Do People Still Say 'Hoe Sit Down'?
Cause if they do, I want to give a big 'hoe sit down' to Keifer Bonvillain. You may remember Keifer. He's the guy who tried to blackmail Oprah for 1.5 million dollars last year. Keif had some taped conversations of a Harpo employee who was talking smack about Oprah and he threatened to expose them unless Oprah coughed up the bucks. Well Oprah called the Fed and homeboy almost went to jail, except his case was dismissed provided he perform 50 hours of community service, undergo drug testing, attend school or work regularly and pay $3,000 in restitution to the FBI for the cost of its investigation. OK so get this, now Keith is suing Oprah. He claims, "There was substantial damage done to my name and reputation on a world level. The extent of my damages is vast."
Chip Babcock, a lawyer for Harpo Productions, denied the allegations in Bonvillain's suit. "And we know that this whole episode started when the plaintiff wiretapped a Harpo employee in California," he said. "We advised (Bonvillain) that we believe that wiretapping was illegal, and this case will give us an opportunity to determine whether we were right about that."
That's your ass now Keifer.
