Floyd Mayweather Sued For Non-Payment

Floyd 'Money' Mayweather is being sued by a Florida developer who says F-Money welched on a deal to purchase an $8 million dollar property. The developer has a signed contract stating Mayweather and Mayweather Productions had put a $1.7 million dollar deposit into an escrow account for the purchase. The problem is Floyd and 'nem never established the account but tried to close on the property and move in anyway. The seller is seeking damages for being mislead into taking the property off the market and for expenses and interest incurred.
