Akon was supposed to be in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing from that time he tossed that 15 year old boy off the stage and into the crowd at KFEST concert in Fishkill, NY. Akon was last in court in December of 2007, when he pleaded not guilty to the charges of second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a minor. The judge has ordered him to appear in court on September 3rd for a possible deposition.

The bludgeoned body of a Queens woman was found last night on the roof of the Times Square club where she was last seen on Sunday - at a birthday party for rapper Lil' Kim.
Ingrid Rivera, 24, of Richmond Hill, had been kicked out of the party at Spotlight Live on Broadway for being drunk, sources said.
The sources said after bouncers tossed Rivera out of the 33rd-birthday party, she might have gotten back in through other entrances to the building.
When her body was found, she was bloody from a head wound, and her dress was hiked up, indicating she may have been dragged into the secluded spot, sources said.
A maintenance worker who'd gone to the rooftop loft that houses air-conditioning and other equipment discovered the body and grisly slay scene about 5:30 p.m. yesterday.
No murder weapon was found.

Four days after the car crash that landed him in the a Mississippi ICU, Morgan Freeman's attorney released this statement,"Freeman and his wife of 24-years, costumer Myrna Colley-Lee, are involved in a divorce action. And for legal and practical purposes, have been separated since December of 2007."OK so check it, the reason there wasn't a lot of info on Myrna's former friend, Demaris Meyer who was riding with Morgan the night of the accident, is because when Demaris was admitted to the hospital she gave a fake name. She also told a few other lies that night. She told officers at the scene of the accident that Morgan was driving her car because she didn't know the way to his house. Her own friends house. She also said they were coming from one of Morgan's businesses in Clarksdale, but Morgan's employee's later said the couple had not been there. Sounds like Morgan had his attorney announce the divorce proceedings because he is tired of having to lie about his relationship 'ol Demaris.

Last week America's Next Top Model cycle 9 contestant Bianca Golden got arrested and released in the Turks and Caicos islands after she got into a fight with that fat chick who played Tracy Turnblad in the movie Hairspray, Nikki Blonsky. What had happened was, both Bianca's and Nikki's families were in the Turks and Caicos airport waiting for a flight back to New York and the Blonsky family had their luggage piled up on some seats. When somebody from Bianca's family asked them to move the luggage so they could sit, words were exchanged. Now some claim Nikki's family started throwing around the N-word and other's say somebody from Bianca's fam said they didn't "want to sit next to no white bxxxh." Anyway, and this is where it gets thick, apparently Nikki and Bianca were in each other's face yelling and coming close to blows when Bianca's mother tried to intervene. That's when Nikki's dad came up and punched Bianca's mom several times in the head! She had to be airlifted to the hospital because he cracked her skull and broke her nose. Nikki's dad is cooling his heels in a Turks and Caicos jail until August 8, because his family could not come up with the $75,000.00 they needed to bail him out. Both Bianca and Nikki were charged with "actual bodily harm" and face sentences of up to two years if convicted.
