This Really Ain't None Of Your Business But...

Kanye West's mama's house is going into foreclosure. Remember when they were trying to make Kanye responsible for his mother's mortgage even though his name is not on the paperwork? Well that didn't fly, so now the bank is foreclosing so they can try to sell the crib to re-coup their loss. The bank is asking for $606,983.43 from the late Dr. West’s estate, which was valued at $150,000.00 when she died.

How Does It Feel Drove DeAngelo Crazy

DeAngelo's former manager, Dominique Trenier, told Spin Magazine, “We couldn’t get through one song before women would start to scream for him to take off something. It wasn’t about the music. All they wanted was for him to take off his clothes.”
The cat calls had an undeniable effect on D’Angelo. “He’d get angry and started breaking shxt. The audience thinking, “fxck your art, I wanna see your axx!” made him angry”. For D’Angelo, who, as Trenier puts it, “isn’t a sexy dude” but a “real musician who wears glasses and plays video games,” the objectification appeared to do lasting damage. “I didn’t realize how vulnerable he was or how deep his issues ran. He’s cursed now with fretting over how much of his fan base is because of how he looked as opposed to his music. It took away his confidence, because he’s not convinced why any given fan is supporting him. I feel really guilty, because that was never the intention” Trenier says. “Untitled wasn’t supposed to be his mission statement for Voodoo. I’m glad the video did what it did, but he and I were both disappointed because, to this day, in the general public’s memory, he’s the naked dude.”

It Was Fun While It Lasted

After one glorious week at the top of the charts, Lil Wayne and Da Carter III snatched the number 1 spot back from Nas' Untitled. Untitled has moved a total 250,300 units to Da Carter III's 1,997,200. Oh and your boy Rick Ross is hanging tough at No. 8. with Trilla moving 8,200 copies this week for a total of 637,800 units sold.

Wyclef Sued By Jacob the Jeweler

Jacob "the Jeweler" Arabov is suing Wyclef Jean for $319,000.00 in unpaid gems that 'Clef bought between March 2002 and January 2006. I'm guessing Jake wants that money to put on his commissary since he's in jail serving two and a half years for laundering money for the Black Mafia Family drug syndicate.
