His next court date is May 19.
Somebody at the court house is hating on your girl. That bench warrant for Foxy yesterday was a mistake. Apparently, the case was delayed to May 8th but that information never made it to court officials so it wasn't on their calendar. Once they realized the error, they recalled the warrant.
Yeah so, last week Dennis Rodman got arrested for jumping on his girlfriend and this week he's going to rehab. The judge in the R Kelly child pornography case has agreed to allow testimony from a young woman, who was also a minor at the time, who says she participated in threesomes with R Kelly and the young woman who appears on tape getting pee'd on by R, proving the girl's age and identity. The girl in question [now in her 20's] and her parents have steadfastly denied that she is the one in the video. The judge has also agreed to allow the prosecution to bring up the whole R Kelly marrying Aaliyah while she was only 15 thing and information about other underage girls who filed charges against R-ah and later settled with him.

Brooklyn's Don Diva is being sued by that chick she popped in the face with her Blackberry last year. If you recall, it was the Blackberry incident that broke the camel's back and sent Fox to jail for nearly a year for violating her probation condition of 'staying out of trouble'.
Toward the end of Derrick Coleman's 10-year NBA career, he was diagnosed with an arrhythmia. The disorder was treated with medication and it stopped his heart from skipping beats and alleviated his shortness of breath. Recently, Coleman's condition worsened and required hospitalization. Right now the plan is to implant a defibrillator and see if that works, if not he may need a heart transplant.
