Three Suicide Attempts At Oprah's Leadership Academy

A wave of suicide attempts has swept through Oprah Winfrey's school for girls in South Africa. One student who attempted suicide was expelled and committed to a psychiatric clinic after she became disruptive in class and began cutting herself, another tried to jump off a building and still another tried to slash her wrists. None of them succeeded with their attempts. Last year sex abuse charges rocked the school and now this. Though nobody blames Oprah for the shocking suicide trend, she is devastated by the new developments.

They say Jay Z was performing to a sold-out crowd at the Hollywood Bowl on Wednesday (16Apr08) when he decided to do some mash-ups and rap over popular songs.
