T.I. Admits Guilt In Gun Case

Remy Ma Blindsided by Jail Sentence

They say Remy Ma totally didn't expect to go to jail yesterday. Her lawyer was all like, "She didn't even tell her 8 year old son she might not be coming home." They say after the verdict, Remy was pretty stoic, but when the judge remanded her to custody until her April 23rd sentencing, that's when she broke down. Makeda waited for the verdict outside in a car, but some of her family and friends were in the court room, and called out "Bye bye" to Remy and laughed in her face. One of Remy's friends was removed from the court after he stood up and yelled, "F--- Y'all!" They say you could hear Remy wailing all the way down the hall while she was lead to her cell. And I have a question: Was the money in Makeda's purse?

T.I. Plea Deal Includes Jail Time

Rapper T.I. pleaded guilty Thursday to federal weapons possession charges, and will receive a sentence that includes prison time after he completes a period of community service. In the year that he is awaiting sentencing, T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, must complete at least 1,000 hours of a total 1,500 hours of community service, talking to youth groups about the pitfalls of guns, gangs and drugs. He will be sentenced to serve about 12 months in prison after completing the community service, officials said. His prison time could be increased or reduced, depending on his fulfillment of the terms of the deal and good behavior, they said. Harris, 27, who was dressed in a gray business suit, told the judge he understands the terms of the agreement. He pleaded guilty to possession of unregistered machine guns and silencers, unlawful possession of machine guns and possession of firearms by a convicted felon.

Rey Ma Found Guilty

Your girl is facing from five to 25 years in prison at sentencing.

Allen Iverson Blackmailed by Friend

With friend like these who needs enemies? One of Allen Iverson's homeboys, Andre Steele, got arrested for trying to blackmail him. Investigators would not go into details about the nature of the extortion, but say Andre made the threat through Allen's lawyer in Virginia Beach. 'Dre contacted the attorney and demanded either money and/or property and said if his demands were not met he was going to do something the victim would not like. Andre was arrested and jailed Saturday.
I mean for real, what could Andre possibly have on A.I.? It's no secret that Allen cheats on his wife, who's expecting a new baby, by the way. That's old news. Who knows what 'Dre got on Allen? If you got the juice, kindly leave it in the comment section, mmkthanx!

LA Times Apologizes To Puffy

According to The Smoking Gun, a con artist in Federal prison named James Sabatino created the documents that were the basis for the Times' March 17 report, which suggested that the 1994 shooting of Tupac was planned and perpetrated by Diddy and his associates. The supposed FBI reports and lawsuits Sabatino says he filed were apparently created in the Allenwood federal penitentiary in White Deer, Penn., and can't be found in the bureau's database.

"The bottom line is that the documents we relied on should not have been used," LA Times Editor, Russ Stanton, said in a story posted Wednesday night on the newspaper's Web site. "We apologize both to our readers and to those referenced in the documents ... and in the story." Pulitzer-prize winning reporter Chuck Philips, who wrote the story, and his supervisor, Deputy Managing Editor Marc Duvoisin, also apologized.

Boy Stop

Why is Adam "Pac Man" Jones hosting a party with a flyer that says, "Party Starts at 12am & We Gon Make It Rain?" Is there no one in his crew with enough sense to tell him that considering the fact that the man who was paralyzed in a shooting the last time he "made it rain," is suing him, that it's not a good idea to keep attaching his name to stuff like this?

Monica's Baby Father Wreaks Havoc in New York

You know R&B singer Monica's kids' daddy cd Self Made came out last week, right? Well, maybe you don't, cause only 27,700 of y'all bought it. But anyway, Rocko da Don's street team was in New York plastering every pole in sight with these posters 'cause, you know, they want to sell more than 30,000 cds. But the thing is, this type of guerilla advertising is illegal in NY City. So check it, a reporter from the NY Times starts taking pictures of Rocko's street team doing their thing, and after snapping a few shots, Rocko's boys ask dude why he's photographing them. When the reporter replies, "Because what you're doing is illegal." One of Rocko's goons told him,“Breaking cameras is illegal, too, but if you don’t stop taking pictures, I’ll break your camera.” So the dude tells the goon that he's from The Times and the goon tells him again, “I’ll break your camera and you can print that in your paper.” And he did what he promised. Goon snatched dude's camera, throwing dude down in the process, and smashed it on the ground, in front of several witnesses. I guess goons don't know everything is digital now, and that he should have just taken the memory card out of the camera because dude printed all the pictures anyway. And Rocko and 'nem can breath a sigh of relief, because dude says he's not going to press charges.
