U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson, who asked: "Are you entering the plea of guilty to a conspiracy charge because you are in fact guilty?" Vick replied, "Yes, sir." Hudson emphasized he is not bound by sentencing guidelines and can impose the maximum sentence of up to five years in prison. "You're taking your chances here. You'll have to live with whatever decision I make," said Hudson. Michael will be sentenced on December 10th.

Even though Barnes and Noble has decided NOT to carry Fred Goldman's Oj Simpson, "If I Did It" book in it's stores, and carry it online only, the pre-orders put the book in the top 50 on the store's online site, Barnes & Noble.com, and ranked No. 48 as of Sunday night. However, Barnes & Noble has not changed its mind. "We still have no plans to stock it in our stores." spokeswoman Mary Ellen Keating said on Sunday.

Tracy Morgan's long suffering wife, Sabina, has given up on their marriage. Friends of Sabina say she couldn't take Tracy's drinking anymore, claiming when he's drunk, Tracy turns into a sex-crazed, wild man. In an exclusive interview with the National Enquirer Tracy reveils, "Me and my wife are going through a divorce, but she is still my friend. She is my rock and is totally supportive of what I am doing, and that's me having hit rock bottom." Tracy married Sabina, his high school sweetheart, in 1985. They have three sons.
Cops Find Drugs And Dead Dogs at DMX's House
Not looking good for your boy. Cops called to removed distressed dogs from DMX's Arizona home last week have now reported finding not only hungry, thirsty, overheated dogs, but also a half pound of "suspected" drugs, assorted assault rifles, cars with mix matched license plates and the bodies of three buried dogs, one which appeared to have been burned. X's attorney has said X hasn't been at the home in at least two months, but witnesses claim to have seen him as little as two weeks ago. No evidence of dog fighting has been uncovered.

Jay Z Almost Busted At The Box
'Member back in June when Jay Z was spotted at a club called The Box taking in their risqué sex show? Well, early yesterday morning The Box got raided and once again your boy was in the house checking out the scantily clad showgirls, gender-bending singers and dancing dwarfs. Luckily Jay was able to slip out without getting frisked. Others were not so lucky. Witnesses say, "All these cops busted in, and they were searching people. They lined people up near the bathroom and started going through their stuff. Nobody seemed to understand what was going on."
John Singleton Ran Over A Lady
Director John Singleton hit a woman who stepped out in front of his SUV on an LA street Thursday night. The woman was not at the crosswalk and John was not speeding nor was he intoxicated. He waited for both the police and ambulance to arrive before leaving the scene. The 57 year old woman later died at the hospital. No charges are being filed.

Sheriff Raids DMX's Home in AZ
Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies say they removed 12 distressed pit bulls from the Cave Creek home of DMX. X was not home during the raid. A statement from X's people says X was out of town working on a project and blames this mess on the caretaker X hired to take care of the dogs. The deputies also found a bunch of guns.
