Your girl was in court to find out whether or not she got indicted on charges that she shot her friend, Makeda Barnes-Joseph, twice in the gut outside a club on July 14. D'Angelo Pleads Guilty To 2005 DUI
Judge Paul Cella fined D'Angelo $1,000, with $500 suspended, sentenced him to nine days in jail, all suspended, and revoked his license for 90 days on the suspended license charge. Cella also fined him $1,500, with $750 suspended, sentenced him to six months in jail, also suspended, and suspended his license for 12 months on the DUI charge. A reckless driving charge was dropped. Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Richard Cox said the county’s case was weakened when the star witness in the case, who was riding with D'Angelo, did not show up in court. The performer was driving a Hummer in Powhatan County when he was thrown from the vehicle. He suffered bruised ribs and contusions, according to state police.

He tells King, "Never saw the Peedi video. They can do anything they want with a computer. I don’t even mess with the Internet. I don’t have a MySpace page. There are like 30 pages that say they’re me, and none of ’em are. People will be like, “I hit you on the MySpace, and you ain’t accepted me as a friend.”

Kelly Rowland On Her Record Sales
"Yes, I came in at No. 6 and sold 86,000 records — in a declining market, might I add. I’m very proud of that. Not everybody’s selling records like they used to. Even the biggest artists don’t come out and go platinum in a week anymore. It’s a different day and age in the music industry."
