I really really really try to stay away from rap beefs cause I really really really don't give a phuck, but when I read that 50 Cent and his G-Unit flunky Tony Yayo were arrested for back hand slapping a 14 year old because he was wearing a Czar Entertainment shirt (FYI the kid turned out to be the son of Czar Entertainment head honcho Jimmy Henchmen, and yeah it's about to get hot) it reminded of an incident that happened a few years ago in my home town. Eminem and G-Unit was on the Anger Management tour and this kid in Detroit (actually he was in the ultra posh suburb Birmingham, they wouldn't have tried that in the hood) says he was at an outdoor cafe wearing a G-UNot t-shirt. The kid said 50 and his crew screamed "f**k you" at him from a white van, stopped and 15 dudes jumped out and told him he had two seconds to take the shirt off, or they would take it off for him. No charges were filed in that case. Maybe they can get that kid to testify in this case, he's not hard to find, the kid's dad is W.K. Heron, a managing editor at the Detroit alternative weekly Metro Times.

Snoop Dog Denied UK Work Visa
Yeah, so Snoop and Diddy are on their European world tour, and I guess it's going ok, seeing as how Snoop only got arrested one time and all, but when it came time to enter Britian, Snoop got denied a work visa. It seems he's been barred from the country for life after his involvement in a mass brawl at Heathrow Airport last April that left several police officers injured. Apparently a few folks from Snoop's entourage weren't allowed in the first class lounge so they jumped the security.
A Home Office source said: "This is not the first time that Snoop Dogg has been refused entry to the UK.
"He has a history of serious criminal activity in the US and is facing charges of possessing a firearm and having cocaine on his person. The Home Office does not treat people differently because they're celebrities.
"If Snoop Dogg does turn up at a UK port he will be turned away."

Foxy Brown Blows Off Court Date
Terry McMilian Suing Ex Husband Fraud
Terry McMillan is suing her former husband for $40 million, alleging that he tried to smear her reputation during their highly publicized 2005 divorce.
McMillan, 55, filed the complaint Wednesday in Contra Costa County Superior Court against Jonathan Plummer, 32, who inspired her best-selling 1996 novel, "How Stella Got Her Groove Back." The book, later adapted into a movie starring Angela Bassett and Taye Diggs, chronicled the adventures of a 40-something woman who falls for a guy half her age.
The lawsuit claims Plummer, a Jamaica native, married McMillan in 1998 only to become a U.S. citizen. He later announced that he's gay. Plummer's lawyer, Dolores Sargent, also is named in the lawsuit.
"The defendants conspired and formed a plan to threaten to humiliate and embarrass Terry McMillan," the lawsuit said, "and violate her privacy and place her in harm's way, and threatened to damage her professional and personal standing in an attempt to extort monies from her."
McMillan's allegations include emotional distress, invasion of privacy and placing her in a "false light" to harm her professionally and personally. She also claimed that Plummer violated a restraining order by calling her to speak with her son.

Ron Artest Charged With 4 Misdemeanors
The charges were filed late Tuesday. Placer County Deputy District Attorney Dan Quick said Artest will be arraigned Thursday on charges of battery and corporal injury to a spouse, false imprisonment and dissuading a witness from reporting a crime. Each carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison.
A Placer County sheriff's report said Artest grabbed a woman and pushed her down, then slapped her face during an argument. The report, which did not identify the victim because it was a domestic violence incident, said Artest took a phone from the woman the first time she tried to call 911.
When she reached 911, the woman at first complained that Artest was taking the family Hummer from the home, according to a recording of the call released by the sheriff's department. The woman then told a dispatcher that her finger was cut and her leg scratched, and that she broke the windshield of the vehicle.
Artest was arrested March 5 at his estate in Loomis, 25 miles northeast of Sacramento, and was released from custody after posting a $50,000 bond.
