An official statement released by 50 Cent's attorney Brett "Kevlar" Kimmel says, “I just received word that 50’s motion for summary judgment has been granted. Shaniqua Tompkins’s $50,000,000 lawsuit has been dismissed, in its entirety, with prejudice. Once again, justice prevails.”

50 Says

"I'm going to hang out with some ho's, make some movies, make some music, and continue to kick it", when asked what he was going to do until his hotly contested child custody case with his baby mama is resolved. 50 was recently awarded every other weekend visitation with his son until the case goes to trial.

50 Speaks With Investigators

One day after it was reported that 50 Cent refused to cooperate with investigators regarding his baby mama's suspicious house fire, 50 went on and sat down for questioning.

50 Ain't Talking

Arson investigators trying to get to the bottom of the suspicious fire that burned 50 Cent's baby mama's house to the ground are frustrated because they have not been able to question the rapper at all regarding the case. While Shaniqua has met with investigators several times, her lawyers claim 50, who was in New Orleans filming a movie at the time of the blaze, has refused to speak with investigators.

50 And Marquis Are Together As We Speak

50 Cent finally got a chance to spend some time with his son. He picked Marquis up yesterday and will have him until the middle of next week, when he has to leave the country to film a movie.

50 and Shaniqua are due back in court in September to settle a restraining order.
