This bit of news comes as no surprise some. Insiders claim LisaRaye and Ginuwine have been kicking it since they toured together for the stage play 'Gossip, Lies & Secrets' [pretty apropos, huh?]. Snitchers also claim Ginuwine's wife Sole' has nothing to worry about as they say LisaRaye has been making the rounds having been seen recently in Vegas with Gary Payton and also in New Orleans hunching up on Cash Money Millionaire Birdman Baby.

Ginuwine Files Another Lawsuit

Remember back in October when Ginuwine got tricked by a dude named Michael Bourne into signing a 1.75 million dollar record deal with a label that didn't exist? Well, he and the dude settled out of court, but since 'Wine has yet to see a penny of the $500,000 settlement, he's filed another suit. Your boy claims this whole mess has caused significant damage to his career and has kept him from professional opportunities. In a statement, Ginuwine's attorney Brandon Witkow says, "It is our belief that Mr. Bourne never intended to follow through with his and King Music Group's obligations." Duh.

Ginuwine Files Suit Against His "Label"

R & B singer Ginuwine filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday claiming he signed a $1.75 million recording deal with King Music Group in May, but the company has yet to pay him his $500,000 advance. Ginuwine says he now believes the record company "does not exist." He claims to have checked corporation records in numerous states, and found that "no such entity named King Music Group Inc. is registered." He is seeking $2 million in damages from the company for having put his career on hold. Ginuwine signed with King Music because he was friends with the "company's" chief, Memphis millionaire and entrepreneur Michael Bourne . He'd known Michael for a while. They were friends. Ginuwine says, "Bourne promised him the world, and nothing happened."
