For right now, the next year or two, I'm not going to gamble. I have no, no money problems whatsoever. Nobody's coming after me for money," he said. "I screwed up and didn't pay them in a significant amount of time. Could they have handled it differently? Yes. But it was my fault."

The situation got so bad The Wynn filed suit against Charles and the Clark County DA says if Barkley doesn't pay up, he could be charged with a felony.
