Her 26 yo son, Damien Holland, was involved in a shooting at

his home on Sept. 24, 2004 where

17 yo Chris Bailey ended up dead. Damien told police the

shooting was accidental and no charges were filed.

That was then, this is now.

Witnesses have since come forward and said Daimen willfully

shot and killed Chris over a girl.

Chaka's son is set to be arraigned Sept 26, 2006.
