Dame And His Baby Mama Still Fighting

OK, so on New Year's Eve, Damon Dash's son Boogie DJ'd the party at club Plumm in NY and when Boogie's mama found out about it she hit the roof. Linda is pissed because Boogie, who has lived with her since the summer, said her son asked to go back to live with his father [who is the legal custodial parent] on Dec 2 and hasn't been back in school since. Linda was also fit to be tied because Boogie, who is only 17, was allowed into a club that serves alcohol.

"A child should not be in an adult club that serves alcohol," she fumed. "Did anyone even check my son's ID? His father should stop trying to make a dollar off of him and get him back into high school." Linda took Dame to court on Dec. 18, charging educational neglect. The next court date is next week. "I'm happy for my son that he is pursuing [deejaying] but not at the expense of school," Williams said.

Arrest Warrant Issued For Boogie's Mother

A Manhattan judge has issued an arrest warrant for Linda Williams, the mother of Dame Dash’s 16 year old son, Boogie. Damon, who has full legal custody of of Boogie, has not seen him since he went visit his mother several weeks ago.

Still No Boogie

Even though Damon Dash's baby mama, Linda Williams, was ordered to appear in court yesterday to turn over their 16 year old son Boogie or face jail time, she didn't show up or return Boogie, who went to visit his mom two weeks ago and never went back. And just so you know Linda ain't thinking about Dame or the courts, she enrolled Boogie in school on Long Island last week.

Damon Dash's son, Damon 'Boogie' Dash jr., went to visit his mother one weekend and hasn't been back to Dame's house since. Damon, who has sole legal custody of Boogie, filed a motion in court to force Boogie's mama, Linda Williams, to return him. So far she has refused. Judge Susan Knipp said if Linda doesn't show for a hearing today, she'll issue a warrant for her arrest. Boogie's court-appointed lawyer told the judge that the boy wants to stay with his mother.

Recently, Linda took Dame to court, claiming he attacked her over Boogie, again. This time the judge ruled Damon accidentally slapped Linda, when she wouldn't let go of Boogie for a court orderd visit.
