Shockingly Brief Doctor's Note That Landed Wendy Williams Under Guardianship

Two years ago former daytime talk show host Wendy Williams was placed under a court ordered financial guardianship in response to her son abusing access to her bank accounts [click here if you missed that].

Now the brief two sentence doctor's note Wells Fargo used to obtain the guardianship has surfaced online....

From The Shade Room
Court records show that in 2022, before the guardianship was filed, Wendy’s psychiatrist Rami Kaminski wrote a letter to her financial advisor, Lori Schiller. The letter stated that Wendy, who had been his patient for over a year, appeared unable to make “reasoned decisions,” with her insight and judgment described as “severely impaired.”
A source close to the situation tells The Shade Room that this letter, submitted to Wells Fargo Bank, was instrumental in the decision to establish guardianship, which stripped Wendy of her rights and isolated her from her loved ones. The source believes the letter reflects a “premeditated” effort to undermine Wendy’s independence.
“These two sentences from a doctor shouldn’t be enough to take away someone’s rights. This document should never have been shared with a financial advisor or a bank,” the source told TSR.
It was further revealed that the guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, was appointed from the start rather than being selected from a list of court-appointed guardians. The source claims that when Wendy attempted to fire her financial advisor and manager, guardianship was used as a form of manipulation. They believe the two were working together, as the manager was later arrested for using Wendy’s credit card without her permission.

How does personal information get out like this? There is a HIPPA Law that the doctor is violating. At the time of the WW show ending, she was off the chain because of the drinking and Wendy would not admit she has this problem. But to take away her freedom is going too far.

they put Wendy in a whole guardianship with two measly sentences?!

There has to be more to the story.

Somebody's going down for this. They were mad that Wendy's son was taking money faster than they could steal it.

I’m glad it was released. For months I have been asking who is the health team that diagnosed Wendy with this type of dementia.

Are they saying this letter is what started this?

Too bad that she had a trifling husband.

I wonder if it’s is proven that she was placed under guardianship fraudulently, can she sue Wells Fargo, Sabrina Morrissey, the financial advisor? I hope she can and she sues everyone involved. But she needs to make sure she’s protected against that lazy bum ex from going to the courts with his hand out first.

The clinician's note was succinct and vlear with their assessment.
Those who know, understand.

I don't have a problem with the letter being so brief because he's a medical professional who assessed her. I'm just wondering why it looks like the letter was specifically addressed to only one person at Wells Fargo. That seems pretty sketchy.

If the government continues to do this knowing we are under brain manipulation technology, they should be destroyed.
