The fans, record companies, studios, etc often pay for this. Some people have to pay for their own stars but I bet Sheryl didn’t pat for this.
The original Dream Girl long before Beyonce even knew the role existed. Bless her talent.
Actually the fans make the request through petitions then pays once COC agrees-not the talent.
