Cassie Tries to Block Diddy From Accessing Her Bank Accounts, Journals and Memoir Drafts

Two years ago, after Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, settled the $30 million civil lawsuit filed against him by his ex girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, he accused her of extortion [click here if you missed that].

Now Diddy is demanding Cassie turn over her bank accounts, the drafts for her memoir and her journals...

From TMZ
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Cassie is trying to get the court to kill a subpoena she claims she was served by Diddy's legal team.
Cassie says Diddy sent her a subpoena March 19 demanding she turn over "all draft memoirs, autobiographies, narratives, diaries, journals or notes ... and any communications about plans to publish or threaten to publish such a document."
What's more, Cassie also claims Diddy demanded she hand over her bank statements.
The subpoena is interesting on a couple levels ... because earlier in Diddy's case one of his attorneys, Marc Agnifilo, claimed Cassie had told Diddy she had written a book about him that he could "catch and kill" for $30 million.
Agnifilo claimed back in September that Cassie had her lawyer call Diddy's lawyer on a recorded line informing him she had written a book about their relationship that she planned to publish. Agnifilo also claimed Cassie indicated to Diddy he could buy the rights to the book for $30 million to prevent it from being published.
Thing is ... Agnifilo claimed Diddy balked at the alleged offer. He claims Cassie switched lawyers and her new attorney told Diddy in November 2023 that the book was no longer important because a civil sex case was going to be filed.
In regards to Diddy's subpoena, Cassie says his requests here are premature and way too broad ... and she wants a court to kill the whole thing.

When Diddy needed that Money Back!!!
The thing about Cassie is she forgot she was with it willingfully for a very long time and it was when she realized she is the work then she left. Either way she deserves her settlement leave her alone and he needs to stay right where he is for a whole list of other reasons

@9:25 The word "willingly" does not apply to psycholgically abused women. She thought she knew what she was in for but everything flipped so fast she was trapped before she could get out.

NO, IT DON'T WORK ON SPECIAL NEEDS FOLKS.IT'LL WORK FINE ON WILLFUL PARTICIPANTS

If you have no idea what you are signing up for you are not a "willing" participant. Periodt.

If you have no idea what you’re signing up for but you stick around after you realize it’s not what you signed up for or expected, you are a willing participant. Period.

Maybe take a psychology class on the psychological and physical abuse of women and how women are in it before they realize what it is.

I wonder why he apologized to her publicly
For the beating
If he is a innocent man
And why did he settle 30 million
With her the very next day
If he felt she was just trying to extort him?
She probably did have some type of backing
Or influence
But why not go after the higher ups
Instead of Cassie ?

It is scary how some people don't understand the law. If you threaten to harm, expose, or injure a person in exchange for money or profit, that is extortion. It does not matter the diress you claim to be under. So him paying her in exchange for her not publishing a tell all book is extortion. She can prove abuse but not trafficking. That is what CASSIE is alleging in the federal indictment. You are attempting to convict him of domestic violene to which the statute of limitations has expired. His lawyers are debating the law. Most people here are debating emotion. If he gets those journals it may read that she WAS A WILLING PARTICIPANT. Why else would she try to block it?

Was he wrong to do what he did? no question about that. But that is a separate charge. Also pay attention to a professional forensic videographer saying that the tape was edited. Edited video can NOT be admitted into evidence. If they get the tape out of the evidence pool. Most of your case is gone. Remember it chess, not checkers. Emotion doesn't come into play in court.

Naive girl, young willing participant and then enlightened
mature victim. He was a predator the whole time.

Doesn't matter. Cassie allowed herself to be preyed on
