My grandmother loves that show. She said something similar when I asked her about her interest in the show. She doesn’t skip an episode on the reruns.
His story should be made into a movie acknowledging his struggles and accomplishments.
That is one of the only TV shows that does not demonize Indians during that time period. All the other cowboys shows do. They did try to teach a lesson of right and wrong for kids. Too bad some didn't lesson or watch.
