Two years ago T.I. and Tiny's former friend, Sabrina Peterson, was ordered to pay $96k in legal fees after most of her defamation of character claims against them were tossed out [click here if you missed that].
Sabrina never paid up and now the remaining claims have been dismissed...
From Baller Alert
On Monday, Peterson appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom for a contempt hearing regarding more than $96,000 in unpaid legal fees owed to the Harrises.
She testified that she did not intend to violate court orders but admitted, “The $96,000 judgment represented half of my yearly earnings.”
Judge Michael Shultz warned: “There’s a possibility of you going to jail. Anything you say could be used against you.” However, instead of issuing jail time, he threw out her lawsuit entirely, stating, “It’s been four years and 24 days. The court finds that plaintiff has failed to prosecute this case.”T.I.'s defamation of character lawsuit agasint Peterson is ongoing.
