Jesse Williams and his ex-wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, faced off at court last week, where the Grey’s Anatomy star was awarded sole legal custody regarding their children’s healthcare, but he was shut down in his demand for answers about her new boyfriend, In Touch can exclusively report.
Jesse, 43, and Aryn, 43, appeared in court on March 20, months after the actor demanded their current custody arrangement be modified to provide him with 50/50 custody.
According to the minute order from the court hearing obtained by In Touch, Jesse and Aryn presented a custody plan where they will share physical custody with alternating weeks.
In addition, the judge said, “The parties shall have three consecutive weeks for vacation during the summer every year, with each parent choosing a week between their two custodial weeks to comprise the three weeks.”
Further, Jesse must keep Aryn informed of all information regarding the minor children’s health, education and welfare.
Jesse also accused Aryn of not returning their daughter’s Apple Watch that he purchased, which the court said she must return within 48 hours of the hearing.
The deal stated no party shall have more than 14 consecutive overnights parenting time with the kid.

He stays dragging her to court. Let him pay for healthcare costs and make the decisions. He’s educated so his decisions should be well throughout and not brash. Save your coin girl and mail him the medical bills too!

@8:36 its actually the opposite she stays dragging him into court. Now he's worthless for how he did her and cheated on her, but she definitely is using the kids as weapons and the courts are sick of it
Why does he think he's entitled to info on her new man? That's the thing exes don't consider when they break up. Another man will come in, blow your wife's back out and tuck your kids into bed. And there ain't a damm thing you can do about it.
He's only the winner because he's got the coins. She will never have enough money to win in court as long as he's getting Hollywood paychecks. These kids living divided lives are going to be effed up permanently. This is way too much back and forthing. Kids need a home and stability. That's why most people just share weekends and school holidays.
When you cheat you have to pay the price.
I only feel bad for the kids as they have to go back and forth like ping pong balls. Jessie should allow those kids to be stable and he come visit them.

I know she loves her kids, but I would hand them right on over to him and gladly be the weekend parent. Especially in this economy! All this back and forth and finger pointing is nerve wracking.
