On March 1, 2025 neo-soul singer Angie Stone was killed in a car crash on the highway in Alabama [click here if you missed that].
Now a criminal investigation has been launched...
According to Dennis Byron the driver, who was not Angie's regular chauffeur, may have been drinking and had been told by passengers in the van that he was driving recklessly before the accident occurred.
According to Byron the driver may be facing manslaughter charges.
It was his first time driving for Angie Stone.

Why did they let him drive if he had been drinking? I don’t get that why didn’t they say no we calling another driver!! So even after Angie abd her crew knew or suspected this driver was or had been drinking and decided to allow him to drive them the moment he started driving reckless why didn’t anyone say oh pull this van over? I’m not understanding

So 8 other people in the van, saw this man drinking, he was driving them recklessly and no one stopped him? no one said pull over? nothing?
Maybe they were running late and just wanted to get there. This is so so sad.
Unfortunately, he probably was all they could afford on short notice. SMH!

She didn't d*e in the crash. "They" hit her after she climbed out of the vehicle after being instructed to sit down. "They hit her and the woman helping her. They just made sure they took her out. The Lord WILL average her.
