This is closing arguments, not verdict reading where he would be taken into custody if found guilty. Jury hasn't deliberated yet. I do think Rihanna's presence is enough for support for ASAP but family presence rarely persuades juries.
Even if found guilty I don't think that he'll be immediately taken into custody but may have a set date to turn himself in by the end of next week if a verdict comes in by Wednesday or something.
