Three weeks ago Murder Inc. founder Irv Gotti passed away age 54 [click here if you missed that].

Irv's cause of death has been revealed...

In a recent podcast Irv's brother, Chris Gotti, says Irv suffered from a massive hemorrhagic stroke while eating Chinese food at a poker game, after rejecting his diabetes diagnosis.

Irv Gotti did an interview and he talked about his health. He had a stroke and knew he had diabetes. He knew how dangerous his lifestyle was. He said he still told his kids that he couldn't stop living and eating the way he wanted to treat his disease. It was selfish of him but he lived the way he wanted.

You can't help carnal people who don't want to be helped. All they think is you judging them cause you don't want nothing like they do. Why is so hard to comment the truth..are you people insane..??

I see things differently. If I love myself and my life, then I do what is necessary to preserve it. He had enough money to hire a chef that could make tasty meals for his health problems. He was just being hardheaded and this is the results.

@10:50am had an auntie and a best friend who couldn’t stop eating the junk food and it killed them. You are right. You have to change your eating habits and diet to live with diabetes.

If I had 300 million dollars I would eat seaweed, lettuce, and cauliflower every day to stay healthy. LOLO

WAS AN EYE-OPENER. WITNESSED MY GRANMOTHER BRIEFLY LOSE HER SIGHT & GRANDFATHER HAVE BOTH OF HIS LEGS BELOW THE KNEES CUT OFF BECAUSE OF DIABETES, & THEY STILL REFUSED TO GIVE UP CERTAIN PARTS OF THEIR DIET.
MY COUSIN LOST HIS SIGHT COMPLETELY DUE TO DIABETES COMPLICATIONS.
HE SLIPPED INTO A DIABETIC COMA IN 2014 & HAS BEEN SLEEPING PEACEFULLY 2 MONTHS LATER.
WHILE GRANDPA'S BEEN SLEEPING PEACEFULLY SINCE 1993 & GRANDMAMA/MA'DEA'S BEEN SLEEPING PEACEFULLY SINCE 2001.
THEY ARE ALL GREATLY MISSED.
DIABETES DON'T PLAY & CAN BE A STRAIGHT UP KILLER WHEN IT ENTERS ONE' LIFE.

Stop eating b.s. & educate yourself. We're killing ourselves.

^^^And everyone makes money from us being sick because we eat junk food, don’t exercise, drink everything but water, smoke/vape cigarettes.

What do you mean by "we"?
Maybe that's your story but mostly with folks who have diabetes it can be as simple as cutting the red meats and removing salt and sugar out of your diet, while getting more sleep, and cutting alcohol intake too.

I read about how Irv died on Sunday and it was very difficult. I just lost my uncle on my birthday this past December. I got a call from my uncle's cell phone, completely expecting to hear his voice on the other end. However, it was a doctor calling from the ER informing me he collapsed at work due to a massive brain bleed. We were raised like brother and sister as we were only 6 years apart. My uncle, like Irv never went to the doctor yet had diabetic ulcers and high blood pressure. In his mid 50s, he had the diet of a middle school boy. I, as well as our entire family are devastated by this loss, because it didn't have to be. My Uncle knew he was sick but didn't value his life the way his loved ones did.

Irv was the smartest person in the room. It seems like he outsmarted himself. It also seems like he started to get his financial affairs in order during his last 5 years.

Irv needed Ozempic or one of those GLP-1 drugs. He would have gotten it if he''d gone to the doctor. It would have helped him curb his appetite for the bad foods they bombard us with.

Don't believe the hype, yall. The GLP-1 drugs are getting people to turn away from McDonalds and KFC, getting people to exercise, getting people to eat better.
