BLACK PEOPLE ARE & ALWAYS HAS BEEN RESILIENT. HEARD THIS STORY WHEN I WAS IN 4TH GRADE (NOTE: IT'S EXTREMELY IMPERATIVE TO HAVE BLACK TEACHERS, FOLKS!). THANKS FOR REMINDING ME OF THIS STORY, SNITCH.
My grandfather kept all his dough in a empty coffee can under his favorite chair. When he passed on and we had to move his stuff out of his apartment, my mother stumbled upon that coffee can when my uncle picked the chair up to load it into the truck. My mother was able to pay for the rest of his arrangements with what was in that coffee can! Gramps did not trust banks and now I understand why! lol

another one I never heard of smh
So much has been taken from us, from our names to our earning, and we still RISE.
Forget we still rise. We need to Rise Up!
This is why a lot of Black people, for generations, don't trust financial institutions.

I've never heard of this. This should be shown to all of our people who disagrees with DEI. This country has never been equal for all.

"The legend of white supremacy and it's legacy of theft" there fixed it.
@1:55 I see what you're saying, but truth be told, white women benefitted the most from the DEI concept!
@ 12:23 AM...I concur. The numbers don't lie.
