Like Canadian rapper, Tory Lanez, who was convicted on felony assault charges for shooting at Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion [click here if you missed that], Rocky has decided not to take the stand in his own defense...

On Tuesday, Rocky waived his right to testify when the judge asked his attorney Joe Tacopina if they had finalized a decision, after deliberating over it earlier this week.
The judge made sure Rocky knew what was at stake and the rap star confidently stated "I do in fact" when asked if he was sure about declining to speak for himself.

SNITCH, I take offense to your story beginning with...."Convicted of shooting AT Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion....." If she was an insect or any kind of animal, the word AT would not be there, as to diminish her physical and emotional injuries.
I think the jury were listening when he yelled out "Don't Tell!" to A$AP Twelvy during his testimony when Proscution inquired "what does "awge" or "agwe" mean" last week and they may find him guilty because he interfered with a witness's testimony during his trial. Proving that he has something to hide.
Remember,9:13, his jury is basically ALL whyte!
