This week Harlem rapper A$AP Rocky was found not guilty on felony assault charges after his former A$AP Mob associate, A$AP Relli, accused Rocky of shooting at him [click here if you missed that].
IT'S HIS FAULT FOR THE VERDICT. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT YOU CANNOT ALLOW THE DEFENSE TO RATTLE YOU WHEN YOU'RE ON THE STAND, & HE DID JUST THAT, WHICH MADE HIM APPEAR FAR FROM A VICTIM BUT AS HE WAS THE AGGRESSOR IN THE CIRCUMSTANCE. A$AP RELLI SHOULD'VE KEPT A COOL HEAD DURING HIS TESTIMONY BUT HE DIDN'T & I THINK HE EVEN MADE THE JUDGE & POSSIBLY THE JURY FEARFUL FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY DURING THAT CROSS-EXAMINATION BY A$AP ROCKY'S ATTORNEY.
File a civil suit on him . But I believe this was jus a distraction . Anytime they put the trial on TV. The case is not real. . Especially with celebrities.
I'm inclined to agree with 6:31 on this. Relli lost his cool on the stand during Cross-Examination with the defense lawyer which prolly did him in and put everybody in the courtroom on the defensive against him. The jurors sounded like they wanted to say that Relli brought it on himself.
This guy seems unstable. He couldn't keep it together on the stand for the case he brought to the court. He may have 'other plans' for the former friend who shot him.
Sounds like his management Roc Nation helped get that Not Guilty verdict even though everyone, including the Defendant, judge, as well as the jury knew he's guilty. Relli should sue for damages which Rocky could be guilty of being responsible for Relli's injuries. It would be a whole new judge and jury presiding in a different courthouse too. Ex: OJ Simpson was found Not Guilty, but held Responsible/Liable for both deaths when the families sued him.
