Last week rapper 50 Cent went ballistic on BMF founder Big Meech, calling him a rat, after Meech took a picture with 50's arch enemy, rapper Rick Ross [click here if you missed that].
The hiphop generation's obsession with snitching (sorry Snitch) has destroyed the culture. If you don't want someone to snitch keep your illegal secrets to yourself. I know I'm not doing time to protect the crimes of someone else. Cops want to know I'm talking.
Some of you clearly don't know the meaning of "snitch". In this case, it means one who would rat out someone not just to save themselves from the same crime. But, to say themselves for crimes they may've committed but want to skate on for 'the bigger fish' sort to speak. Case in Point: A person in your clique gets caught and is dead to rights to a crime they themselves committed by the police, who may offered them a deal to drop the charges or plea to a lesser charge in exchange for information on someone that law enforcement really want to imprison and the person who committed the crime they're caught and going to jail for complies. That is a 'Snitch' and a 'Rat'!
Don't let 50 trigger you Meech and make you lose your freedom. Irv said 50 snitched on him and even got a restraining order which I believe. 50 needs to stop trying real gangsters.

Sorry, but if someone commits a crime they should expect to be snitched on. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
