A conservatorship isn't something that you can just buy your way out of. And how is she supposed to gain access to these funds when her bank accounts are frozen? I don't understand what this GoFundMe is supposed to achieve.
Isn't this how most scams are run? Someone says they have a lot of money someplace, but they need $$$ from other people so they can access their money.
