I’m with Tyler, it’s disgusting. What’s the point in paying premiums every month if you can’t get YOUR OWN money back for what it’s intended to do? Smh

It’s nothing you can do Tyler, it’s just business. You can’t force a company to give you a policy, it’s an agreed upon thing. Two parties agree. You can’t be mad when one party wants to cease dealing with the other party. C’mon Tyler, you can’t save THE WORLD with your little studio money. Get a grip Sir.

Once a policy is cancelled, expired or not renewed the insurance company is no longer obligated to cover losses.

And I'm calling him out for airing "All The Queens Men" and "Ruthless" for free, getting folks hooked and now charging $5.99/mo. to view, as rich as he is.

They are mute when our neighborhoods and communities are turned over by destruction but when their millions are threatened, there is outrage. My donations go to the regular people still struggling after hurricane helene. The millionaires can fend for themselves.

All Tyler got to do is put Madea on the stroll and he can save LA. One more time Tyler. Do it for Hollywood.

It's effed up but it's just business. From a business stand point, State Farm made a good decision. The state of California would not allow them to raise the prices. State Farm knew southern Cali was a matchbox waiting to be lit.

Did Tyler’s house get the scorch?

Where Oprah at?

@7:27 Yes you can force a company to give you a policy if they want to stay in business. At least Congress can. But that will never happen as long as underhanded Trump is running this pitiful nation.

Insurance companies knew there had been no rain since the summer. It was a matter of time before fires started like every year in LA. Just so happens this was a very long drought.

Not folks agreeing to the scam of these insurance companies because of who’s spreading the message.

It’s so bad, California had to temporarily ban insurance cancellation in areas affected by the fires.

HE'S ABSOLUTELY RIGHT & I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT L.A. MAYOR BASS WILL UNDOUBTEDLY BE RECALLED.
A PETITION HAS ALREADY STARTED CALLING FOR HER TO BE RECALLED AS WELL AS GOVERNOR NEWSOM. BUT, I DOUBT GOVERNOR NEWSOM WILL BE RECALLED GIVEN HE WAS ON THE SCENE IN L.A. DOING WHAT THE MAYOR WAS SUPPOSE TO DO.
HE'S THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BUT WAS IN L.A. TRYING TO DO WHAT A MAYOR'S JOB IS.

I DON'T EVEN LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR L.A. BUT FOR THE MAYOR OF A CITY NOT ONLY BEING OUT OF THE STATE BUT REPORTEDLY OUT OF THE COUNTRY AS WELL DURING THIS TRAGIC OCCURRENCE, THEN TURNING DOWN THE ASSISTANCE FROM NEW YORK CITY FIREFIGHTERS WHEN L.A. NEEDS ALL HANDS ON DECK TO FIGHT THE FIRES TIL ITS COMPLETELY OUT? AIN'T NO WAY MAYOR BASS WON'T BE RECALLED.
IN MY HONEST OPINION.

What are the mayor’s reasons though?

Karen Bass That Chick!!!!

I don't know what Mayor Karen Bass reasons were, but meteorologists had been predicting that hellish windstorm for at least two weeks on news programs and she should've been working with other mayors in the area to push for a Mandatory Evacuation for all possibly in its pathways.

Instead of making her way out the state and the country before ensuring the residents in the path of the windstorm were evacuated

I agree with Tyler. These insurance companies are greedy.

Oprah probably had taken the warnings from meteorologists who'd been predicting for more than a week that there were dangerous windstorms on the way for California that would be destructive and she packed up the dogs and Steadman and bounced to Hawaii!

This ain't on OW. The last time she tried to help when destructive fires were destroying lands she was heavily criticized for trynna help those effected by the fires in Hawaii a year or so ago.
I dont blame Oprah for not announcing whatever she may be doing to help those in need in LA this time around.

He's right about watching people try to save their homes with a garden hose. And they pay all those taxes. Don't think thats.the insurance companies fault.
