A Las Vegas judge dismissed an $11.2 million judgment against Tremaine Neverson, also known as “Trey Songz.” Clark County District Court Judge Jacob Reynolds has given Neverson’s legal team 30 days to respond to the civil lawsuit originally filed against him.
Neverson claimed he was unaware of a lawsuit filed against him despite a reporter reaching out to an attorney who said he represented the singer more than one year ago and despite previous news stories on the lawsuit.
Neverson did not appear in court. His attorneys represented him.

The case may have been dismissed, but his attitude has not changed. His behavior is still the same. This was his wake up call, after this all bets are off.
Good for Trey Songz. He’s a big dummy anyway. Surely he will be Caught next time. Plus, all the accusations are beginning to affect his persona in public.

Good for Trey.
Do better.
Isn' t this just a technicality? The suit can be reinstated.
