Wendy Williams made headlines once again for more phone interviews (including one on TMZ) where she is pleading for her release from what she describes as a luxury prison. Here is what we know. Behind-the-scenes, Oprah Winfrey is getting involved, trying to secure a one-on-one in person interview with Wendy. Oprah wants to see for herself if Wendy is truly being held unnecessarily under a conservatorship. Of course, Oprah being Oprah, she’s not out to exploit Wendy, so if the interview does happen, and Wendy doesn’t appear lucid, Oprah is telling pals, it will never see the light of day.

I think Robin Roberts should interview Wendy. She's a little more respectful & won't over talk WW. But not for GMA though; for a ABC Special or something. I trust RR.

Oprah is not a good interviewer. Gail is better but she's also not good.

Gayle is a horrible interviewer. She always interrupts the people she's interviewing and she does it at the wrong time.
Oprah is the opposite. She will sit still, listen to you and even take a second to think about her reply. I can't stand her, but she's good at what she does.
Gayle and Oprah are always looking for the "Ah-ha!" moment. They're always trying to "catch" someone instead of trying to enlighten people. Wendy is the same. They all deserve each other.
I'm looking forward to the interview.
That means they're both doing their jobs as journalists if they're looking past "enlightenment and looking for the "Ah-ha" moment!
They're not entertainment journalists, so if you're looking for enlightenment go there.

^Yea, that Kellz interview was indeed bad for him. But he didn't help matters by hoping he'd gain sympathy from viewers if the cameras kept rolling while his team and most viewers felt that didn't help his case how he'd intended not even in the slightest.
