I'm not in the habit of speaking on anyone's appearance but to undergo multiple surgeries and the pain of it all shows that one is unhappy with themselves more than they should be.

Another surgery, huh? Mental illness is real and it doesn't always take the shape of acting out or acting crazy.

She's been abused by men that have made her feel negative about herself. Hopefully she will learn it's an inside job not an outside one.
