@5:22 Probably because there is not an address on file for him but there is one for his probation officer if Jay decides to file suit. My cousin who just couldn't stay out of trouble to save his life, didn't have a physical address but a P.O. Box and you can't serve a P.O. Box so his legal stuff went to his probation officer. His P.O was NOT amused

Civil or Criminal most courts don't accept P.O. boxes. Either way, these bloggers take a chance on saying reckless things.
