Another week brought us another batch of Sean Diddy Combs lawsuits – once again involving baby oil, drugs, and male libido enhancements. We just heard that Diddy has retained a new set of attorneys, this time not for his criminal defense, but bankruptcy experts! Since the disgraced rapper is being sued for hundreds of millions of dollars – or potentially even billions, he decided from behind bars, he wanted to explore his bankruptcy options. Although nothing has been decided yet, it’s fair to say he’s hemorrhaging money, defending himself against both civil and criminal cases, so that’s why bankruptcy is being considered.

I think we need to re-educate ourselves on extradition countries and lol Russell Simmons does not have any criminal cases against him. He was served A civil case over in Bali, he’s not escaping anything and a lot of these non-extradition countries will extradite as long as it’s not for the purposes of the death penalty. If you think these countries are going to high criminals or accused criminals in their country, you can think again they will turn Russell over just like they would’ve turned puffy over. Puffy is on federal charges. Russell is not the two don’t compare and if Russell ever gets criminal charges press against him he most certainly will be brought back to America.

Forbes list and all those reports on Who's the richest and who's a billionaire and who's a millionaire are all bs if a person owns a company that generates 100 million dollars a year they value that company at 5 times earnings so they say that person is worth 500 million dollars they value art collections and real estate at appraised value at the time of stocks at the time of so on.... so no one is really ever worth what the sensationalized reports say they are they make for attention grabbing headlines and sell stories, but the facts are very different. Most don't have hard assets but stocks that a subject to fluctuations with the condition of the markets, as is real estate, you can have a real estate portfolio worth 50 million today and 6 months from its only worth 30 million and the same goes for Art and other valuable items like wine, jewelry so it's all subjective to market conditions for that particular asset but worst of all if you are the majority or sole share holder in any enterprise and your scandalized because your so closely tied to that enterprise it decreases in value.
