Deon Cole Forced to Evacuate after Hospitalization
Over the past few days comedian Deon Cole has been chronicling his journey from being hospitalized on his birthday to grabbing a few of his most cherished possessions after being forced to evacuate his home due to the LA wildfires...
As a fellow Chicagoan, I feel badly for Deon Cole especially under the circumstances that had befallen him in a 48-hour timeframe and all. My prayers are with him as well as those effected by the fires, especially those who reside in more poorer parts of L.A. areas.
But, like one cannot build houses on sand and it lasts very long, you really cannot build houses on hilltops hillsides on desert lands either.
