This week Many Cross leaked audio of the late Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' widow, Allison Holker, admitting she made his mother sign a confidentiality agreement before she allowed her to see his dead body and said she would do it again, everyday for the rest of her life [click here if you missed that].
Now details from the NDA have been released...
From TMZ
tWitch's family is furious with Allison Holker for writing a book about him ... but his widow took steps to make sure she's the only one who could make money off his name.
TMZ obtained the NDA tWitch's family says Allison had them sign in order to attend his funeral, and it essentially financially blocks them from doing what she's doing ... namely, collecting any money from a memoir about their relationship and his death.
Under the NDA, tWitch's family and others who signed it agreed to hand over any proceeds from interviews, books, articles or programs about him straight into Allison's pocket ... which is a pretty strong deterrent.
TMZ obtained an excerpt from Allison's forthcoming book, "This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light," in which she explained the reason behind the NDA.
Allison says Stephen "tWitch" Boss' family wanted a bunch of people she didn't know to attend the open-casket portion of his funeral ... but she whittled the number down to 13 people and made it clear no photographs or videos would be allowed.
She writes ... "I couldn’t risk any photo getting leaked to the press or splashed across social media platforms and becoming the lasting image that people would have of him. My children absolutely, positively could not stumble upon such a photograph at some later date.
"At the advice of my lawyers, I insisted that everybody who viewed the open casket sign a nondisclosure agreement to protect Stephen's privacy, a requirement that exasperated his family. 'If we have to sign NDAs,' they said, 'then everybody has to sign NDAs.' 'No problem,' I replied."
Sources tell TMZ ... Allison has not profited from the NDA as no one breached the agreement.

Good
Her 15 minutes are finally coming to an end
I will never mess with a pink skin person. Leave the pinkies alone.
Wow who thinks about all of this when your love one has passed away? Let me make sure no one can make money from his dealth but me, even though I get everything he has since I am the wife. Black men are going to learn, this was strategic. Make sure you have legal paperwork handed out to be signed by his black family, in order for his own momma and family to attend his funeral.
Today, a thing will happen in the US that hasn’t happened before. Wait for it.
Oh Wow, Allison Holker, Is & Was A Greedy Dog, Who Plotted & Planned To Profit From The De@th Of Her Husband tWitch Boss. It Is Very Hard To Believe That She Loved Him.... She's A 1st Class B!tch!!!
The family can write a book but they just can't make any money from it. All profits would go to the wife.
Fine. The family should write a book and give it away for free or sell it at a loss. I'd give them a few coins to help them make it happen so I know some of his friends can support something like this, too.
Don't let her stop the family from telling it all.
Poor tWitch Boss, He Was Blinded By The White. Since His Low-Down, Dirty Wife Is Being EXPOSED ~ I Hope That His Soul Can Now Rest In Peace... No Thanks To Her Conniving A$$... Sending Prayers To His Mom & Caring Family Members, That Are Suffering Due To The Betrayal... Smh...
Also, if I was the family I would talk to The Sun, The Grio, Snitch, The Daily Mail and I wouldn't charge a red cent.
She thinks everyone is like her and are in it for the money. She just don't know. I wish someone would try to keep me quiet about my son, brother or father. Ain't no way.
A mother who brought her son into the world was told that couldn't view her son at his funeral for a final time unless she signed a NDA by his next of kin (wife)? Who wouldn't have signed one? She should beat this case in court because it sounds like she signed out of duress.
I thought the wife was biracial or latina but that was before she had her nose done and relaxed her hair.
I didn’t even know who this man was before his death. And I’m sure that was the sentiments of many. Ain’t nobody buying a book about this dude. Let’s be for real.
Again, this man (like Kobe) chose this woman. And she’s his wife. As foul as she’s coming off, no one’s mama, auntie, sister, brother, or father can do nothing about it…legally 🌚.
She made them sign NDA's so that she can tarnish his image and they can't do anything about it. Oh fkn well, he chose her.
tWitch was on Ellen every day and he had a huge fan base.
Does anyone know what his relationship with his family was? Did he even talk to them at all? Just because they're claiming him doesn't mean he claimed them. It sounds to me like the wife thought they were pretty jenky and didn't trust them and maybe she felt that way because tWitch felt that way.
This lady ain’t shit!!! And she’s gonna have some bad karma from this
I never understood why a bunch of people would want to walk up to a casket to look at a dead body. That is so morbid. I want my final memory of the person to be when I last saw them amongst the living.
^You must haven't had to bury loved ones. Consider yourself Blessed.
So her children absolutely, positively could not stumble upon such a photograph at some later date but it's ok for her children to hear from her after his death that he was a drug addict who was abused as a child. Ok, lousy bish.
I'm with 11:42AM. I've only been to two funerals and never seen a dead body, or event want to. Everybody always says the deceased don't even look like the same person.
👀👀
It's important that her kids eventually learn he was a drug addict who was molested as a child. It will help them understand elements of his personality that they found confusing but affected their childhood. The worst thing a Black family does to itself is hold on to secrets.
^WHY, for what purpose?
If I died my momma could write a book about me all she wants. His family was actively in their life (even her manager, right?) Will's are important. He chose his wife, this is what SHE wants. That's how the cookie crumbled.
She didn't want to embarass through funeral pics but wrote a book putting all His personal business out while blocking his family from possibly doing the same, but in a positive manner.... sick.
Praying 🙏 for you Allison. Mother Goddess of the universe.
2:10P always coming in here trynna be Capn-Save-A-Hoe-Hoe-Hollker. His kids could've learned all that shyt privately from their mother without the rest of the world hearing abut it too. GTFOH with that BS. You tried it, Allison.
He probably left her with nothing and she has to make a living somehow. She' was his wife and I'm sure he would tell her to do what she's gotta do.
His family was well aware of what they were signing. No one held them down and forced their hand, they could have taken legal action but chose not to do so.
We didn’t hear a peep out of them until the drug accusations came out. Then they had a problem with just about everything, after the fact .
Sounds like the family signed that NDA under duress.
That yt girl said "Ain't NOBODY getting paid but me" 🤣🤣🤣🤣😈
He definitely left her with nothing.
If she's allegedly responsible for what he allegedly did to himself in that motel room then she deserves to be left with nothing!
Bloop.
