This week the last two defendants, the only two of the 28 who did not accept a plea deal, were found not guilty...
From WSBTV
A Fulton County jury has reached a verdict for two defendants who did not take plea deals in the Young Slime Life trial.
The jury found Deamonte Kendrick, who raps as Yak Gotti, not guilty on all charges. The jury found Shannon Stillwell guilty on only one charge for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Stillwell was sentenced to the 10-year maximum with credit for the two years he already served. The balance will be served on probation.
The jury received the case last week and finished their deliberations on Tuesday.
The trial was the longest criminal trial in Georgia history. It took 10 months alone just to select the jury and testimony didn’t begin until a year ago in Nov. 2023. There was also a delay when Stillwell was stabbed inside the Fulton County Jail.

Cleared the docket.
No other Judge wanted this mess
They basically got off easy. What a waste of tax payer funds.
Got off easy to commit more crimes and send a message that in the city of Atlanta thugs and criminals can run amok with no consequences!! Cuz it’s a bunch of black women defending and protecting them. It’s shameful that one of those criminals is actually dating a black woman attorney another had a relationship with a black woman officer. All the thugs and criminals will return to Atlanta to continue their killing and crime spree
Might be they truly didn't do the crimes they were charged of, guilty by association only.
I wouldn't take a plea deal if I didn't do what they say I did.
RIP Rich Homie Quan
