Ok so I watched the video cause at first I thought he was trying to argue that Drake did this or he was a co-conspirator somehow in this situation so what it sounds like his attorney is trying to do is say hey we didn’t get a opportunity to present other evidence of a possibility that someone else could’ve committed this crime other than my clientthereby creating reasonable doubt with the jewelry and because they were not allowed to do that this is why his client needs another trial. I don’t know how far that will go with the appellate court, but now I got more clarity on what he’s actually trying to do here legally
