There is no correlation between "look functional" and "is functional". You can have a pudding pop brain and "look functional".

Wendy is doing fine. She doesn't want to answer questions so she allows this guardian to say she's sick. Wendy is running this show.
She made a total mess of a very good life and now she's in hiding. Pitiful.
