Only the prosecutor can file criminal charges on behalf of the victim at this point,but I agree if his lawyers are tampering with the victim pool that is totally illegal. I'm interested to know how this pans out. JIGGA thinks he's Mr Untouchable..... not!

I think what Busby is saying is as long as no financial amount is stated that he doesn't consider it extortion. We shall see. I don't know who Busby is but some attorneys call him a powerhouse attorney. They claim he's the type who doesn't pursue a case unless he feels he can win. We shall see.

After CNN and TMZ pointed it out, that ambulance chasing lawyer had his filing amended because he messed up the dates of location of the crime. Hmmm....

TMZ is reporting that this so called r@pe 'victim' HAS ADMITTED to inconsistencies in her recounting of the story on what allegedly occurred at a 2000 MTV Awards Afterparty w/JZ and Puff, during a NBC News interview !
I knew this was a b.s. lie when all the news sources reported it as fact.
