Now Marlon Wayans will be guest starring...
CBS‘ Poppa’s House is about to become even more of a Wayans family affair.
Marlon Wayans has signed on for a guest role on the first-year comedy, joining his brother Damon Wayans and nephew Damon Wayans Jr. His episode is scheduled to air in February.
In the installment, Marlon will play Melvin, Poppa’s (Wayans Sr.) ne’er-do-well brother who comes to visit the family and pitch a new business idea. Poppa warns everyone not to trust Melvin, but Ivy (Essence Atkins) and Junior (Wayans Jr.) want to believe he’s changed.
The episode will also be a reunion for Marlon Wayans and Atkins, who starred together on NBC’s Marlon for two seasons in 2017-18.

Marlon is trash. And 8:31, you're dead on. Kim Wayans is among the top comedic actresses of all time and she doesn't get her flowers often enough.

The only person who I ever heard of trash Marlon is that Vlad dude. Marlon is universally loved by most.
I disliked him after his comedy special on Netflix. I actually had a crush on him, until then. He wasn't funny and the way he talked about his lesbian teenage daughter was just weird and disgusting. I haven't liked him since.
Marlon is absolutely not universally loved. Like all those Wayans brothers, he's a jerk. And like all those Wayan brothers, he is not funny. Not even a little bit.

I agree, that comedy special was trash. I don't remember what he said about the daughter but I know I never laughed out loud one time.

They need something to add something to the show, because it's trash, and corny.
