Wayne is trying to clean things up now because he didn't like the push back. I'm willing to bet that Kendrick spoke with him to be cordial, but he'll never trust Wayne again.
Wayne appears to be about 60 yrs old!

@8:42AM I'm not a Kendrick fan, Wayne is aiight, but so what about how Kendrick may feel? Why would Wayne be worried about Kendrick's trust because imo, he's the bigger star. He's been in the game far longer than Kendrick.

Weezy was out of his mind for thinking this gig was his. Big Freedia, Harry Connick and Jon Batiste could have all made the same claim. Fats Domino too if he's still alive.
Kendrick didn't go to Wayne. Wayne reached out to Kendrick with an olive branch after Wayne did all that moanin' and groanin. Kendrick accepted the olive branch. Wayne came back to report it with his spin on it ("I told him he better kill it").
Wayne looks weak no matter how you look at this. I guess that lean done took all his senses away.

Wayne has no reason to have bad feelings towards KL. It was not his decision to take the top spot for the SB.

True, but if you listen to 50 who said JZ tried to keep him off the SB when Dr. Dre, Snoop and Eminem performed this could also be the reason why Weezy wasn't chosen as well as everything you said.
Something to think about is even if he'd gotten the SB gig, what songs could he have performed? All/most of Weezy's songs have a lot of cussin' in it & is raunchy to say the least! 😜 Maybe he could've done clean versions of his music. Yes, it's a family show.
This year at Wayne's Lil Weezyana fest, they did it in. The reunion of the Hot Boys, he got a key to the city, AND he'll be 1 of the first on their walk of fame with his own day! New Orleans is HIS so he really don't need a SB.
