He looks healthy & happy and that’s a blessing. Earrings are too big though. Looks heavy, don’t want his earlobes to hang and the piercings to stretch.

Weird how people look at kids and immediately think of them in a nasty way. Justifying your comment with the mother making her son feminine. The boy is his mother’s twin with braids and earrings which is what hood ninjas usually do. Mexicans have their kids laced with gold jewelry and have long hair. I guarantee you they don’t look at that boy as a girl!
It's hard to tell the gender of a very young child without clues, such as hair, clothing and jewelry. That's why that boy looks like a girl. To each their own but I refuse to confuse my kids with this new age gender neutral BS.
