Back in October it was reported that Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs', son Justin had resolved the issue after being sued for missing payments on his Bentley Bentayga [click here if you missed that].
The issue has NOT been resolved...
From In Touch
Diddy's son Justin Combs is being dragged to court for allegedly defaulting on payments for a Porsche, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, on November 26, Porsche Leasing filed a motion asking the court to sign off on a default judgment being entered against Justin, 30, and JDC Holdings Group LLC.
The company accused Justin of breaching the terms of a lease agreement for a 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8.
Porsche said Justin defaulted on the deal by failing to make the required payments. Porsche said it demanded Justin return the car, which lawyers for the company claim is stored at Diddy’s L.A. home but they have yet to receive the automobile.
In October, Porsche started the process of obtaining a default judgment in the case.
However, a lawyer for Porsche told In Touch at the time that the case was “in the process of being resolved.”
Now, weeks later, Porsche filed a new motion, once again asking for a default judgment to be entered against Justin. “[Porsche Leasing] [has] performed all obligations on its part to be performed under the terms of the Agreement,” the motion reads.
“[Porsche Leasing] [has] made demand upon Defendants for possession of the Vehicle and Defendants have failed and refused, and continue to fail and refuse, to give [Porsche Leasing] possession of the Vehicle.” The company asked that he be ordered to pay $190,226.
A judge has yet to rule.

Other than partying, what exactly does he do for a living?
I thought rich folks paid 100% in full. I guess paying up front is too big of a risk with the bad traffic or maybe they like trading cars in every few years.
Time for him and his siblings to get jobs.
1:38 that part. The question is what can they do. The resume will be empty for jobs and skill set. Real life issues are showing them its time to grow up.
Time to repossess.
Did he insure it?
This is why Shaq told his kids he’s rich, not them.
This young man better get on ball and get to working to earn his keeps!
Time to put his degree to use.
Rich folks lease. They don't tie their money up.
@4:11 Did he graduate?
9:31 yes.
Buy it out. Who leases a car? Lol 🤣
I think it is time to use that college education towards developing a career to support himself that last name means everything bad.
In business there are benefits to leasing but surely the intention can never be to owe more the final total of the car and get sued?!
It appears Justin is the only one having financial trouble. Christian got a new house, Tesla and going on vacations. Quincy shooting vlogs, selling merch and dabbling in acting. They getting money some how. What other income streams does Justin have?
Justin is technically Puff's 1st born offspring and son. So, by rights he may inherit everything Puff has if convicted of any of the charges he's currently fighting .
Yeah, he has his college degree, but those estates, cars, etc. Puff has could be inherited by Justin Combs, Sean Combs 1st born offspring.
We'll see what happens...
