Jesse Williams and his ex-wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, will face off at mediation as he demands information about her new partner and changes to their custody deal, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Jesse, 43, and Aryn, 43, were ordered to attempt to resolve their issues through mediation.
In September, Jesse asked the court to modify the current schedule and award him 50/50 custody instead of the current one or two overnight visits when school is in session.
He claimed after he filed for divorce, Aryn became “wildly controlling and restrictive of my time with the children.”
In his declaration, Jesse also claimed Aryn refused to answer over 90 percent of his court-ordered FaceTime calls to the children for years.
He said while he was working in Italy from March to June, “Aryn ignored nearly all of my calls over a four-month period.”
Jesse also asked that Aryn be forced to provide answers about her new boyfriend, including the date in which they started dating and when Aryn first introduced her boyfriend to their children. In addition, Jesse said Aryn informed him about a new romantic partner in April.
However, he said that she refused to provide his contact information or information about how long they have been in a relationship. He said Aryn told him her partner was spending time with the kids and she would add him to school pick up lists.
Jesse said he asked follow-up questions, which Aryn did not respond to. “I have no interest in Aryn’s personal life, I care about my children’s safety. They’re too young to have phones and I should have his contact information/the other information required by the judgment.”
