The phrase indicates that there's a pack of dogs and whichever one is hit is the one who felt the pain. So, that makes this overused phrase on this blog inefficient as well as wrongly used when "it's only one hit dog". Of course one hit dog will holla when it's hurt.

My Pre-law knowledge is a little rusty, @2:00 P.M., but it appears they're making the case that Buzbee could attempt to negate the fact that his own client is lying about what occurred during a party she obviously didn't attend. In 1A,They're concerned that Buzbee could "fill in" key events in his client's 'recollections' to save face for the client's lack of remembering who was at the event and what may have occurred and with whom it happened with.
Summary Judgment means for lack of a better term it could be cause for Dismissal for Jay Z or a Continuance to Pursue going before a judge, who may decide if there's enough evidence to move forward or Dismiss.

^The point being: Attorneys with an official case against a celebrity and believable clients DO NOT speak with media blogs in order to get their cases heard before a court. They present their cases in a court forum-not to the media.
Thanks at 8:20. His letter to the judge is interesting. He cites cases showing it's not expected for victims to have 100% recollection. I think it's at the top of page 2.
^It sounds like this predatory scumbag lawyer doesn't care about his client's well-being in the long run because without "100% Recollection" you really don't have much of a case leaving room for error that may benefit the defense.
If there's room for error the defense could completely eviscerate the 'victim' if she takes the stand.
